Form 5 Community Service Project 12'

On the 13th of January, the Interact Club of Wesley Methodist School set out to Sanctuary Care Centre. The objective of this excursion was to help out the centre as well as brighten up the lives of the children there. The trip was also meant to instil a sense of compassion and responsibility among the interactors. The trip was accompanied by our ever-faithful teacher advisors, Madam Norhayati and Madam Norhasliza.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the operator of the centre. We set to work immediately, dividing ourselves into groups and cleaning the centre. Among the things we did was sweep and mop the floors, clean the fans, and set up a toy and book shelf.

The final product. A great suprise for the kids.

All in all, it was a productive day and we are glad that we got to put a smile on the faces of the kids. It was also an oppurtunity for the Form 5 Interactors to bond. A big thank you to all who made this event possible.

Dreamworld Interact Carnival 11'

Hey guys, sorry for the super late update!

Don't just dream the dream, live it! That was our motto for our fund raising carnival of 2011 and it the event certainly lived up to it's name!

The carnival started off with a small confetti opening ceremony by our very own principal,Madam Chia, vice principal, Madam Pearl, Interact Club teacher advisor, Madam Norhayati, as well as the two funding directors, Int. Kar Yee and Int. Elaine. The colourful confetti marked the beginning of a fun filled day in 'Dreamworld'.

The Ticketing Booth

Among the games offered that day were the arcade games, dodgeball tournament, BB gun games, human foosball and of course the main attraction - the dunking booth!
